When adding a new influence, use this shape:

<1–3 sentences on the specific idea, pattern, or tool that stuck>

- [[decisions/...|<decision>]] — <one line on how>No pressure to fill every field — skip what doesn’t apply. The point is to capture the source + what stuck + where it landed.
